Info about the Keychains

ALL keychains come with a protective plastic to avoid scratches during shipping. Both sides have that plastic, and you have to peel it off (you can also leave it, but it's usually scratched).

Keychains are NOT scratched or defective, it's all because of that protective plastic.

ABOUT THE COVID-19 SITUATION 9TH JANUARY UPDATE

Pandemic situation is stable on Spain now so there won't be any delay caused by it.

About pin grading scale:

Enamel pins are handly made, and they may be not totally perfect. Please allow minor "imperfections" when buying them.

Grade A:
- Almost perfect pins.
- No scratches
- No misplaced colors.
- Screen printing may be slightly moved.
- Really small metal dots not covered.

Grade B:
- Scratches.
- Not filled areas.
- Misplaced colors.
- Oxidization on some areas
- Non remobable dust.

Note that buying a Grade B scale pin it will be randomly chosen from one of the defective ones. You're not able to chose the "best one among them". Thank you!

Choose your print option

We now have the option to print the costumer asks for. You have to add the item "Danganronpa - Postcards" to your shopping cart, and normally proceed with everything. On the next step you will be asked to add a note to the order, paste the link/s to your desired postcards on there!

Post the direct link. All twitter, instagram and tumblr can be used to choose it, but please don't refer to the art you want with the caption Criis used to upload them on her medias, as it would be difficult to find it. SEND US THE DIRECT LINK, please!

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Of course!

How long will it take to receive my order?

· National: 1-4 weeks
· International: 4-24 weeks

When will my order be shipped?

It may take up to 1 month to send orders.

Which post service do you use?

Correos España.

Is there a tracking number for my order?

Yes. It will be provided via emal (the one you have linked to your Storenvy account). Be sure to check on the spam folder once you receive the shipping email notification.

Standard shipping

There's no standard shipping option anymore.
All orders will be trackable from now on.

Registered shipping (trackable)

With this option, the post office may register your order, so they will provide me a tracking numer, that I'll give you in a few hours. If this order gets lost, I will be able to re-send it.

"My order got returned to you!"

If your order gets back to us, you will need to wait until be receive it back to check what happened.

If the order is marked as "UNCLAIMED" it means it reached but was never claimed on the post office, so please check the tracking and your local post some days after the email shipping notification. Unclaimed orders will only be resend if the costumer pays for the shipping.

If the order is marked as "NOT FOUND ADRESS" we will also check if the name/adress was correct on the parcel. If it was our fault, we will resend it for free. But if not, it means something was wrong on the adress/name you provided, so we will only resend it if you repay the shipping. Consider double checking everything is correct before paying for the order, and if you need to change or correct something contact us as soon as possible. We copy-paste all the info while registering orders, so it would rarely be a mistake on that!

Why are shipping rates so high?

Spanish shipping rates are really high, specially on registered orders.
I also use part of these to cover for the shop fees.

Any email regarding shipping rates being high and asking for a possible discount will be ignored.

Can I receive my order by X day?

No. We don't have control on shipping delivery times, since we're not responsible for them anymore once deposited at the post office. If you need/want something for an specific date, have in mind it may take a while to arrive.

I bought something a while ago and prices were different?

Yes. Prices may change deppending on the base price of the manufacturer. We will try to adjust them as best as possible.

I never received my order!

All orders will be trackable now. As far as I've experienced, the tracking service does NOT update correctly, but the order still moves anyway.
If 8-10 weeks has passed and you did not receive it, contact us via email and we'll open a dispute. Once the post service confirms the parcel is lost, we will send it again.

About the stock

Since we're not a big shop, sometimes we may run out of some items. We always try to keep stocks updated, but if a convention was near we may have some sold outs. We usually make orders to the print house every month, so it only will be a bit delayed!

IF YOU DM CRIIS on Instagram or Discord regarding your order status you won't receive a reply, as she's on her social media on her free time and she's not giving support anymore on there.

We reply to emails as soon as we see them (Monday to Friday). Have some patience, please!

Extras

Please understand that we're not a big shop. Orders may take a while to be send, cause we also attend to conventions, so we're basically always working on making new merchan, and sometimes we may be busy, or miss some messages. Thanks for reading and understanding!
